3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Our estimated delivery time to the United States is between 7 and 14 business days after the order has been processed.

  • While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays beyond our control.

  • To ensure the absolute freshness and authenticity of our Dr.Jart+ collections, all orders are dispatched directly from our specialized fulfillment center in Seoul, South Korea. This direct-from-source approach guarantees that you receive genuine, high-performance Korean skincare every time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link via email. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. PALVI is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or the carrier directly. PALVI is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PALVI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note that for orders under $800 shipped to the United States, customs duties are typically not applied, but regulations may vary.
